About this brew

Riff Raff is an old-school West Coast IPA. It’s clear and crisp with a firm, clean bitterness and notes of grapefruit and pine.

The hops are Centennial and Simcoe, two American classics. Centennial brings the citrus and Simcoe brings the pine, then we dry-hop it with a big dose of Centennial for even more aroma.

The malt comes from our friends at Hogarth Malt in Olds, Alberta, and gives it a light toasty backbone. It ferments with a clean American ale yeast, so the hops stay up front.
