A particularly special brew for us, the first in a series of case study brews. A case study brew examines brewing processes, ingredient selection, and fermentation to gather insights, improve brewing practices, and keep our game tight. We’ve taken all the lessones we’ve learned about our brewing equipment, processes, and raw ingredients so far and applied them all here. That along with a new hop varity called Luminosa.
